I hope your upper management sees this, your customer service is deplorable. You had us wait there while you typed on your keyboard,helped another customer with quick response, and chatted up with other employees. This is the first place people go when they get on base, bad first impression and simply lazy.

We just moved here, was told by the leasing office that they had a lending closet for sleeping mats. We went to this center, signed in and waited. Now, while we waited the front desk woman, an older,blonde, curly haired woman sat there chatting it up with employees. 10 minute's go by and a gentleman walks in, signs in, and she immediately starts helping him and even gets on the phone to call the person that he would need to be assisted by. My husband walks up there after he leaves and she immediately states "your here for relocation, I thought you may be here for child care registration" my husband stated that we were inquiring about sleeping mats. She states that they no longer have a lending closet, but you can have some pamphlets.
